Delivery and Returns

  • All orders are shipped through Royal Mail. Order processing can take up to 2-3 working days.

    You can track your order using your tracking ID number for free with Royal Mail’s racking.

    Delivery takes between 2-3 days for UK orders.

    Ireland - 3-4 working days

    International - 7-10 days

  • At Orun Accessories LTD, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery designed to last. We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary.

    Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.

    1. Return Eligibility

    • Non-earring items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

    • To be eligible for a return, items must:

      • Be unused and unworn

      • Be in their original condition

      • Be returned in their original packaging

      • Include all tags and labels intact

    We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

    2. Important: 30-Day Return Window

    You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

    Once your return is approved:

    • The item must be received back at our returns address within the same 30-day period.

    • Returns received after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

    • Your order number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package to ensure your return can be processed.

    Failure to include your order number may delay your refund.

    3. Reporting a Faulty or Damaged Item

    If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

    • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    • Please email contact@orunjewellery.com with:

      • Your order number

      • A clear description of the issue

      • Photographs showing the fault

    If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will provide instructions for return and confirm whether you will receive a replacement or refund.

    4. How to Initiate a Return

    To request a return:

    1. Email contact@orunjewellery.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

    2. Include your order number and reason for return.

    3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending your item back.

    Once approved:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

    • Clearly write your order number on the outside of the parcel.

    • You are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage.

    • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

    5. Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your return:

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

    • Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    6. Additional Information

    • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.

    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

    • Orun Accessories LTD reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
