Option 1: Measure a ring you already own
Choose a ring that fits the finger you’ll wear your new ring on.
Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimetres (mm).
Match it to the closest US size below:
16.5mm = US Size 6
17.3mm = US Size 7
18.1mm = US Size 8
19.0mm = US Size 9
Option 2: No ring? No problem
Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string.
Wrap it snugly around your finger where you want the ring to sit.
Mark where the ends meet, then measure the length in millimetres.
Match it to the closest US size:
52mm = US Size 6
55mm = US Size 7
57mm = US Size 8
59mm = US Size 9
